Chicago Kiddie Train Policies

Rain Policy:
• We do not operate our train in pouring rain. In the event that we can't run the train due to inclimate weather, we will reschedule or refund your deposit. We can still operate in slight rain or cold weather.

Deposit and Payment:
• We require a $50.00 deposit when we come and look at your site. The balance will be due on the day of the event.

Insurance:
• We carry full liability insurance. There is a fee charged to be listed as additional insured.

Behavior:
• Our professional staff is committed to your safety. Unsafe behavior will require us to stop the train. No refunds will be given if the ride is stopped due to unsafe behavior.

Hats and Name Tags:
• We carry cloth children's hats for $2.00 each and have name tags to go on them (no charge). If you choose not to get the hats, we still recommend name tags so that our staff may easily interact with the children.

Navy Pier Train:
• Come and see us anytime at Navy Pier in Chicago. Our Kiddie Express Train runs year round - inside in the winter, outside in the summer! Find more information at www.navypier.com.
• When you are at Navy Pier stop by and say "hi" at Completely Nuts, Inc and The Chicago Cookie Shop in the Food Court!
